At Space Furniture, we want you to love your new home environment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most of our designer collections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our team is here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to begin the return process for any eligible furniture item.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the product if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup at your convenience; for smaller accents, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
